Nortriterpenoids from Schisandra wilsoniana

Three new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, wilsonianadilactones A–C ( 1 – 3 ), together with twelve known ones, i.e., 4 – 15 , were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra wilsoniana. Their structures were established by means of extensive analysis of spectroscopic data, and compound 1 was further confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic diffraction. Compounds 1 – 3 showed weak anti‐HIV‐1 activity with EC₅₀ values of 23.5, 55.5, and 66.4 μg/ml, respectively.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a microporous structure was prepared via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS).Liquid paraffin (LP) was used as a diluent in the preparation of microporous UHMWPE. 光栅衍射光谱的非线性研究

当汞灯发出的复色平行光斜入射光栅面时,发现衍射光谱位置并不随光谱的不同而线性分布。本文对测量数据进行了相应的理论分析,得出光栅光谱的非线性特征。     

微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定7种中草药中砷

利用原子荧光光谱法测定7种驱虫类中草药中的砷.实验采用微波消解样品,以盐酸为测定介质,硫脲-抗坏血酸为预还原剂,硼氢化钾为氢化剂,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定砷含量.砷含量在10-100ng/mL浓度范围内线性关系好(r2=0.9924).回收率为93.83%-110.94%之间.方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于中草药中砷的测定.     

An improved approach for hydrogen analysis in metal samples using single laser-induced gas plasma and target plasma at helium atmospheric pressure

We report in this paper the results of an experimental study on hydrogen analysis of solid samples in high pressure helium ambient gas employing the basic scheme of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). It is shown that the metastable excited state of helium atom can be utilized to induce delayed excitation of the ablated hydrogen atoms, and thereby avoid the Stark broadening effect as well as overcoming the undesirable mismatch effect, which are responsible for inefficient excitation respectively. It is further demonstrated that for samples of high boiling-point materials such as zircaloy, successful hydrogen analysis can be achieved by a newly introduced double excitation technique employing single laser realized in a modified configuration of the conventional LIBS method. Preparing polymer brushes on polytetrafluoroethylene films by free radical polymerization

Films of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) were exposed to sodium naphthalenide (Na/naphtha) etchant so as to defluorinate the surface for obtaining hydroxyl functionality. Surface-initiators were immobilized on the PTFE films by esterification of 4,4′-azobis(4-cyanopentanoic acid) (ACP) and the hydroxyl groups covalently linked to the surface. Grafting of polymer brushes on the PTFE films was carried out by the surface-initiated free radical polymerization. Homopolymers brushes of methyl methacrylate (MMA) were prepared by free radical polymerization from the azo-functionalized PTFE surface. The chemical composition and topography of the graft-functionalized PTFE surfaces were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), attenuated total reflectance (ATR) FT-IR spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Water contact angles on PTFE films were reduced by surface grafting of MMA.     

Isolation and Structure Elucidation of Nortriterpenoids from Schisandra rubriflora

Seven new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, rubriflorins D–J ( 1 – 7 ), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra rubriflora, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive analysis of spectroscopic data. These new compounds feature the opening of ring A compared with related known nortriterpenoids isolated from the genus Schisandra and showed weak activity against HIV‐1.     

涡旋柔性弹簧及组件性能实验研究

本文利用TSL系列弹簧刚度实验仪对用于斯特林制冷机中的单片柔性弹簧及柔性弹簧组件进行了实验研究。测试了四种不同尺寸弹簧刚度的动态特性,研究了单片弹簧的轴向刚度、径向刚度以及力矩特性,然后对柔性弹簧组件进行了实验研究,指出了不同组合方法下的刚度及弯矩特性,得到的数据可以作为斯特林制冷机设计的参考。     

用于高数值孔径物镜的可调光瞳滤波器

根据矢量衍射理论，提出了一种用于提高高数值孔径显微物镜纵向分辨率的可调二元环形光瞳滤波器，通过改变滤波器的环半径获得不同的纵向分辨率，并利用共焦显微术点扩散函数的乘积性大大地降低了旁瓣相对主瓣的比值。模拟结果表明，这种新型滤波器不仅可以提高高数值孔径物镜的纵向分辨率，同时基本上不影响横向分辨率。
